1. This site

hacialimotors.com is the website of Hacıali Motors, the trading name of MOSRA TRADING LTD. It presents the cars we sell and lets you send us requests. Our contact details are at the end of this page. These terms apply to your use of the site.

No car is sold, reserved or paid for through the site. The site takes no payment and no deposit.

The car details, prices and other information on the site are our own statements, and we are the ones who put the inspection reports on the site. Elevates Digital Services OÜ builds and hosts the site for us; it is not a party to any sale and does not inspect or verify any car.

2. Listings and how a sale is made

A listing on the site is information about a car, not an offer to sell it. A car may be sold or reserved before its listing is updated.

A sale is agreed only at our showroom, in a written sales contract signed by you and by us. The sales contract sets the car, the price, payment, delivery and any warranty given on top of your statutory rights. If a detail on the site is wrong, we give you the correct detail in writing before you sign.

3. Prices

Prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are cash sale prices including VAT and all other taxes. If we notice an error in a price, we give you the correct price in writing before you sign.

4. Car details and inspection reports

We take care that the details of each car (specifications, features, model year, mileage, description and photos) are correct. Please check them on the car yourself before you buy: a car's condition can change after its listing was prepared. If anything differs from the listing, we tell you in writing before you sign.

Some cars carry an inspection (ekspertiz) report with a damage record. A report shows the car's condition when the inspection was carried out. The inspection score and condition label on the site are based on that report. The "verified" badge means the report was prepared by an independent inspection company. A car with no report on the site shows no inspection result, damage record or badge; ask us about it.

You may examine a car at our showroom before you buy it.

5. Cars on the way

Cars on the "on the way" page have not reached us yet. Their expected arrival dates are estimates and may change with shipping and customs. Details and photos are those available before arrival, and the car's condition is confirmed when it arrives. A car on the way shows no inspection result: it is inspected after it arrives. Its price is provisional and becomes final when the car goes on display.

A "Notify me on arrival" request does not reserve the car and binds neither you nor us. We call you when the car arrives.

6. Test drives

A test drive request is a request, not a booking. The test drive is arranged when we confirm a day and time with you by phone or WhatsApp. You need a valid driving licence and an identity document to drive.

7. Trade in

The trade in form asks us to assess your car. It is not an offer from you or from us. Any price range we send you is an estimate based on the details and photos you give us; we give you the final trade in value in writing only after we have seen the car. The photos you send must be yours to send; please keep people out of them.

8. Favourites and comparison

Your favourites and your comparison list are kept in your own browser. They are lost if you clear your browser data, and they do not reserve a car.

9. Using the site

You may use the site only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt to damage the site, disrupt how it works, or copy its content in bulk with automated tools. The details you enter in a form must be your own and correct, and you may not send other people's personal data without their permission.

10. Intellectual property

The text, design, our own photos and the Hacıali Motors brand identity on the site belong to Hacıali Motors or its licensors and may not be copied or used without permission. Car makes, model names and logos belong to their owners and are used only to identify the cars.

11. Outside services

WhatsApp, Instagram, Google Maps and other external links are subject to the terms of the companies concerned. We are not responsible for the content or operation of those services.

12. Liability

We take care to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we cannot guarantee that it will work without interruption or error. To the extent the legislation allows, we are not liable for indirect loss arising from the site being temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory rights as a consumer.

13. Personal data and cookies

Our Privacy notice explains how your personal data is processed, and our Cookie policy explains what is stored on your device.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus, and its courts have jurisdiction over disputes. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer, including your right to apply to the Goods and Services Arbitration Committee (Mal ve Hizmetler Hakem Heyeti) or to the courts. If there is a problem, please contact us first; we will try to solve it together.

15. Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page with its update date. A change applies from its publication date and does not affect a sale already agreed.
